It does kind of sound like you injured yourself, unfortunately. My problem is I still don't understand how it happened. What exactly occurred to cause these problems? Am I missing something? If so, then sorry.

A new curve is rather worrying. I suggest you leave your penis completely alone for a week, keep on taking the arginine, and see how your night-wood goes. Your night wood will come back most likely, and that is a chance for you to see how your erections are really doing, without any interference from your brain. 50% of any penis injury is in the mind - trust me, I've been there twice now! It's no fun, but the penis is very quick to heal. It is just a matter of leaving it alone and giving it a chance to recover.

Yes, you should definitely see a doctor.
