Saw something tonight while shopping. Zenerex also called Zenerx, and its all natural and cheap compared to ED drugs. Almost bought some to see but really don;t need it anymore and would be hard for me to see a noticeable result anyway. Maybe this can help you?

Also many cups of green tea can lower blood pressure. Althoug this did not work for me. Im thinking waht is working is the befotiamine im taking for neuropathy. High blood pressure can have its cause in nervous disfunction. I take ginkgo and green tea to keep cholestorol at bay. Nothing worse than being diabetic and have high cholesterol.

I was thinking about adding L Arginine to my regime of vitamins. However, have been reluctant due to the study of heart patients treated with that amino acid. Since the study abstracts do not state the length of time between the study and the heart attack. Was thinking that L Ornithine might be a good substitute.

As to HPB medications, tried to ween myself off them, however self monitoring found my BP going into the stroke city range, and an irregular heart beat. So back to the full does. Will look into the Q10. By the way I am thin, 5'11" 173 lb. Lost two inches in height due to back injuries, used to be 6'1".

Thanks for the responses.

Are you the high strung nervous type full of anxiety? Arginine would be good, but you would need to monitor your blood pressure arginine can tank it at about 6-9 grams per day.

Nah, am cool, still lean, green and mean, even after 50 years.

Was thinking of using L Ornithine, a pre form of L Arginine.

I've heard good things about l-ornithine. Especially mixing it with l-lysine and arginine and taking it at night before bed.

The medical people thought arginine would help the heart but when tested it had the opposite effect. So as orithine is a related amino I would be carefull.
Changed over most of my coffee intake to tea( mostly green) and feel more relaxed , but so far as I can tell ,it has had no effect on blood pressure or chol.

Is Viagra available, too? And if so, have you - or has any Gym member - tried them? Lavitra doesn't do squat for me.

Guys, screw erection pills! Just get your cock up naturally, geez.

Dont take ED meds if you have heart issues. It can really complicate things for you.

Consult your doctor to see if taking viagra or any kind of prescription ED formulas. The best cure for ED is brisk Walking.

Also radiohead did you know that most blood presure meds cause ED.

There are a few blood pressure med that don't cause ED i wish i had the list but i can't find it.
