Strength is above average for sure. I have to find out soon, once the problem is identified fixing wont be that hard.

08-17-2009 08:06 PM kingpole Up thde magnesium especially if you work out at the gym to around 600mg per day. also calcium at 800-1000 mg would help to. Why if your like me you get awful cramps and mag/calcium is goo for cramps. This reminds me i got to get some magsium from puritan pride.

Perhaps an increase in the gensig to 300mg may help. I take 900mg of the Korean just to get me through the work day. I cured ED with Korean Gesning. But keep in mind for some peole Korean and other Asian gensings can raise blood pressure. So it American cousin American Gesning apply fits the bill w/o significantly raising gensing.

Also Green tea is great for erection health s it boost testostereone and DHT levels.

I take a blended gensing wth low standardization whole erb standardized gensing American, Korrean, Chinese, siberian and 3mg of royal jelly.



Today i picked up now brand Genseng & Royal Jelly combo 1cap contains the following.

Paranax Ginseng Root Powder 300mg
(CA Meyer) min 5% Ginsenosides
Royal Jelly (min 5% 10-HDA) 100mg
(3:1 freeze dried powder equivalent 300mg of fresh royal jelly )
Licorice Root Powder(Glycyrhiza glabra) 100mg


I am planning to take one per day to see if i have EQ boost.

Today i have increased L-Arg to 500mg, so it will be 1500mg of L-Arg on empty stomach.


After meal
340mg of Pranax Ginseng.
120mg of Ginko
Multi Vit caps

2 cups Erection tea, furits and veg in between

Before bed

L-Lysine 500mg
Zinc 50mg

So this is supplements plan for coming week. Damn i want to maintain my EQ once it is up..

I've been taking 3g of L Arginine daily (before bed) for the past few weeks and it has helped greatly with my ED. I however developed a cold sore, which may or may not have been linked, so I was looking into adding L Lysine to my daily routine .

I have heard mixing things about taking both L Arginine and L lysine at the same time, the fact they may cancel each other out. However from your post on supplements, you mention taking L Arginine and L Lysine at different ends of the day.

I have been taking 3g of L Arginine in the evening, if I add l lysine in the morning, say 500mg as mentioned by kingpole, would this help both the cold sore and general energy/ erections? - or would taking both be counterproductive?

Its really confusing, i think we have to trial and error on how each supplement works in our body..
