Default My Supplements for ED

My EQ is 7.5 at peak of simulation(without simulation it goes limp), unable to maintain erection without continues simulation.

For this reason i searched google and i fortunately ended up with PEGym. I have been doing PE for the past 3 weeks JP routines 5 days on 2 days off.
No measurable gain though, but i am very confident. So far neutral PI.

I started with Multi Vit,Zinc 50mg, Gingko 120mg, Genseng 120mg for the first 2 weeks and then i added L-Arg 1000mg, L-Lys 500mg 3rd week all 5days on 2 days off cycle, now i am in middle of 4th week.

Apart from this i eat spicey food a lot, etection tea etc., includeing virgin olive oil in my dieat where ever possible, along with bit of yoga and exersices every alternate days. No alchohol, no smoking.

Still i am unable to maintain an erection without simulation, do i need to up the dose of Gingko or should i add more new herbs to improve my condition??

I have read that low testosterone causes ED, but i feel i am atheletic and energetic i am 35yrs.

Any inputs, will be helpful to improve my condition...

I'm not sure but that sounds ok to me, they help increase testosterone and usually come in one pill together.

Up thde magnesium especially if you work out at the gym to around 600mg per day. also calcium at 800-1000 mg would help to. Why if your like me you get awful cramps and mag/calcium is goo for cramps. This reminds me i got to get some magsium from puritan pride.

Perhaps an increase in the gensig to 300mg may help. I take 900mg of the Korean just to get me through the work day. I cured ED with Korean Gesning. But keep in mind for some peole Korean and other Asian gensings can raise blood pressure. So it American cousin American Gesning apply fits the bill w/o significantly raising gensing.

Also Green tea is great for erection health s it boost testostereone and DHT levels.

I take a blended gensing wth low standardization whole erb standardized gensing American, Korrean, Chinese, siberian and 3mg of royal jelly.

You can get your test tested to see if this is a problem.
Have you seen your doc with this?

Good idea P if only to rule it out.
Am flattered by the link, if a bit baffled.

Just copy pasted to avoid the typo, it came as it is.

Regarding tests, who will be the right person endocrinologist or urologist?

I feel quite alright with my other physical and sports activities though with good reflexes and agility.

I got it ordered by my gp, so I don't think it matters.
Lots of women have good reflexes and agility, how is your strength?
