Default Help

Hi I've been doing some stretching but lately I've found that even though I can still get an erection fine I don't have the same hardness as I used to... What should I do or not do?

If you've just started recently most likely you are experiencing a temporary problem as your unit is not used to the exersizing. After a couple of weeks or so as you become used to it you should regain your EQ. Edging also might help you if you want to try that after every other session for a while. If you had damaged something you would be experiencing pain and discomfort so its probably not that. I'm thinking its just that your penis is not accustomed to the exersizing as of yet.

Default Well...

That's a relief to hear cause I'm still young and don't wanna be out of the game before I'm up to plate ya know. So should I keep excersizing, do it every other day; cause I've been doing it every day, or just take a break?

It matters.......Some guys even your age are still pubescent and growing and PE could in fact interfere with the natural way of things. Lighten your exersizes a bit and see what happens over the next week or so. Go ahead and try edging every 2nd or 3rd session also. PAY ATTENTION to any changes good or bad.

One more thing, is edging basically staying erect for a long time or is it stopping before climax, cause I have read stopping forcefully can cause damage...

Stopping right before the PONR (point of no return) and no it won't hurt you, I've been doing that long before PE came out. (a way of prolonging sex) I myself shoot for 30-45 mins now. ERECTIONS ARE HEALTHY, even without an orgasm.
