Default Unsucessfull Edging

After the session unit is flaccid and plump, little difficult to get erection than normal time.With stimulation it gets erected,the problem is with light massage it goes soft soon , so i have to hold it hard apply lot more pressure like masturbation to keep it hard but within few strokes i get to PONR, at this point to stop the ejaculation if i take my hand off, it goes soft again.Then i have to start from square one simulation etc., the whole process is not enjoyable.. getting frustrated.

i googled about dry orgasm noting that helped me, so how can i improve my edging experience? . As experts in PEGym EDGING is very important for rock hard erection.

Pensil: From your description, the problem isn't your edging. It's your erection quality. If your penis goes soft right when you stop providing stimulation, you have a weak erection quality.

To improve your EQ, focus your PE on:
-Not overtraining
-Doing kegels (but not too many)
-Improving your penis health - which often means doing less than you think you can handle (i.e. again, not overtraining).

As for edging, it should be a fun experience! Once you get your EQ up to par, it shouldn't be a problem.

Wait,

You said that "after the session" its a little more difficult to get an erection, right? Well, that isn't unusual at all;

You just put your dick through a workout, and then are trying to get him to go at top performance right afterword-its like running ten miles and then going for a footrace afterword-of course you're not going to be at top performance, you're already exhausted.

-How is your EQ normally?(6+ hours after a PE session)

Unless you are unhappy with your normal EQ, this should not be cause for concern. You just worked your dick, it needs to rest.

Oops! just now i finished an intensive session and my unit is hanging heavy with prominent veins.

Kegels how many should i do ? quick ones or longer ones?

2005rwb,

My EQ is around 7.5, my problem is when i change sex positions it goes limp, i can get erection anytime with stimulation but the problem is maintaining it.

Let's take a look at the whole picture;

-What is your current routine?
-What is your current schedule, including off days?
-How is your overall health; What is your age? Do you exercise/get sufficient nutrition/how much sleep do you get per night?
-How often do you ejaculate?
-How are your stress levels?(Don't underestimate this one, stress has a huge impact on your health, sexual and otherwise)

Basically, when someone is not happy with their EQ, these are the areas to check out. Your dick is usually a pretty good indicator of your overall health(ie: old, fat, lazy, chain-smokers usually aren't gonna have the greatest sex lives). PE should be a overall health endeavor-as your dick becomes healthier/bigger, other areas of your health will improve.
