I'm think you're worrying too much, if you had a serious injury I imagine the pain would be much worse than just "sore".
I would take Al's advice if I were you, take it east for a couple of days, if the problem persists visit your physician.

Thanks buddy, I feel much better now that somebody else had a similar experience and turned out alright. Could you tell me more about how long you took off and what exactly you had done to strain it? Were you a hundred percent afterwards? Thanks again man, I already feel a million times better.

It might feel great and all but like it or not, your a newbie. If you've only been at this for 3 days, you need to take a gigantic, industrial strength chill pill and listen to me very carefully ok?

DO NOT...............I repeat, DO NOT do this again. There is a clear reason why the newbie routine is designed the way it is for the time period it is. It's a conditioning period so your dick can get accustomed to PE, the stresses involved and the overall experience of suddenly being worked out. That would be like you going to the gym having never exercised a day in your life and expecting to bench 225, do 1000 stomach crunches and run 5 miles on the treadmill. That isn't going to happen unless you want to kill yourself in the process. Have I made my point clear?

Here's what you do. Give your dick a couple of days of rest, say, start your routine back up on Tuesday. Follow the newbie routine EXACTLY as it's written and don't do an ounce more than your supposed to do. Any of the PE vets on this board will tell you as I'm telling you now, PE is a process bro, a process that takes weeks, months and years of commitment, dedication, hard work and blood, sweat and tears. Your not going to be putting in a weeks' worth of PE and suddenly wake up to an 8" monster..........it just doesn't work that way. Just tell yourself that this is a LIFE LONG commitment. Like you, when I started this process back in 2004, I found it very easy to do way too much way too fast and as a result, my dick in it's own way told me "HEY! Knock it the fuck off!!" and as a result, I had poor eq for quite a few days in a row. I felt like if I'm not doing PE, I'm not gaining and I can't not gain so I have to PE and PE I did, sometimes doing a full 7 days a week which is dangerous. Your dick, like any other body part, needs to time to rest and recover from it's workout.

I was back to my old self I think a week later and I've been fine ever since. You've GOT to listen to your body dude. Your dick is talkin' to you and it's saying the same thing to you that mine said to me 5 years ago.

Everytime I over did it, my erections at night took a shit dive. A couple of days off and I felt like a young stallion again with great erections seemingly every time I would wake during the night. PE some more, then a little more, and still some more - bam - nightly erections took that same shit dive. Bottom line, you have to figure out what a good routine is for you. You have to figure out how many days on and how many off. There are so many routines and schedules mentioned here that someone is doing something and it is working for him - no matter what that something is - but it might just kick your pecker's ass. I base everything I do, how often I do it, and how much I do it by what my pecker does during the night. If he is happy, then I am happy - after all - he and I are a team!!

From the tone of your post you definitely seem to be panicking, so your self diagnosis seems very off.

It seems unlikely that you abused jelqing so profoundly that you've given yourself a venous leak with no other correlating injuries (severe edema, bruising, tearing). Also, be careful where you get your information from concerning "jelqing related injuries". Most of the self-diagnoses being made seem fabricated or far off the mark. The penis is a very tough organ, and you'd have to really go out of your way to injure it in such a fashion.

Okay, well it's another day and my erection quality still isn't that great but I think it has gotten a bit better.

For an update on the soreness, I've realised that my dick isn't really sore evenly, I can actually pinpoint to an area where the pain is; it's towards the bottom left of my shaft. The pain can be described as constant soreness. I've inspected it and there's no sign of bruising and it's not tender i.e. if I touch the area where the soreness is the pain doesn't increase or decrease. It actually feels like I've pulled something (like when you pull a muscle or a tendon from stretching, this is exactly what it feels like, except it's a smaller feeling 'cause it's in my penis).

Any advice on this? I'm going to see my GP regardless but would still like to hear your opinion.

Come to think about it, my dick has definitely improved. It's filling up by itself when I just look at porn, which wasn't happening yesterday and really made me feel ED'd. Yesterday I had to really stimulate it in order to get a unmaintanable level 6. I'm still quite soft though. Nevermind, improvement!
