so i don't know when it started but it seems like i haven't had morning wood in atleast a year. i'm always a bit bigger than normal in the morning, but i never have a hard on, i used to when i was like 13-16, but now its gone. I workout, eat really healthy and am pretty young. what's wrong with me? please help

How old are you? ... Some testosterone boosters may help ... A lot of people that rarely got it started getting them again after doing P.E for a while , I think doing keegles regularly helps blood flow in the area and eventually cause morning wood

Explain healthy because your definition of healthy might be different then mine

I agree with Shane that a good daily kegeling routine might help you get more wood in the morning. I don't think morning wood means a heck of a lot one way or the other, so I wouldn't worry about it. It's great to get it because it takes you back to the time when your willy bounced up to your belly at the drop of a hat. ![]()

i dont get morning wood either . im 21 and ihavent been getting it for a year or more already. i think its normal . if you can perform during sex then i dont see whuts the problem

Sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't. I think it just depends. Some mornings I wake up and after that first sip of coffee, BOING! I get a HUGE erection. Other mornings, nothing. But, if I warm it up for my PE routine, it springs to like. As going411by7 said, I wouldn't worry about it.
