Default Could PE be affecting my Erection?

Before I started with PE, I could get a full hard erection with no help and almost no problem, usually arousal did the trick.

But now, ever since I've started with PE and been doing it for a while now, I feel as if I can't maintain a full erection anymore.
It isn't limp, just not as hard as it could have been as it would be before.

Could my problem be with PE? or maybe something else?

Advice would be helpful too.

PS: I heard sesame seed is also great source of L-arginine, protein that helps create Nitric Oxide, which helps with blood flow by allowing vasodialation, the widening of the veins, to create a better erection, though I have not tried it myself.

Crappy EQ (erection quality) is 85% of the time a psychological thing. It happens.

Dont masturbate for a week, your EQ will go back up.

It's been weird.
I'll admit that after I started PE, I started to feel more stronger erections.

It just seems to be going a bit downhill now, not alot, but a bit.

I'd say my EQ went from a 9 to 7-8ish.

Could blood flow have anything to do with this? I'm just really curious and want to maintain a better erection again.

Likely your grip is to tight stop PE for a week se if you don't come back up to par.

It sounds like slight overwork (pe) like kp said take a week off.
