I'm 18 years old and I've just been googling information about PC muscles and caught this site by chance so sorry if this is roughly off topic. recently i've had some unpleasant changes with my penis all starting from a week ago. I was having sex with my girlfriend for the second time that day and after coming everything felt fine and whatever. a couple hours later we try again, long story short i cant get a hard erection, close but no cigar. that night sleeping i felt a sensation close to soreness in the area between my rectum and base of penis, (pc muscle?) thought nothing of it and that it would heal overnight. things have been hit and miss since that day, still not getting the same sensation with sex as i used to and sometimes i cant even get it hard enough. im considerably pop less wood from waking up, and just in general... i'd really appreaciate any suggestions...

I would so see a doctor that may be a bladder or prostate infection. Does it hurt to urinate? Do you have trouble urinating?

Sit on a heated rice sock for 10-20 minutes a couple of times a day. Put it between the cheeks of your butt. See if this helps.

If you hadn't had sex in a while then went at it twice in a short period, you could have just irritated the muscles in that area , no different from having sore legs after running. The penis is no different than any other body part when it comes to wear and tear and normal exhausting from use. Since there's no real "Pain" you should be ok after a day or so.

Sounds like nonbacterial prostatitis/pelvic pain sydrome. I have this. It wont effect your urinating, and your prostate will not be normally enlarged. It's something you really can't treat but what you described is exactly what non bacterial prostatitis is. And 18 is not to young mine started at 17 or younger. I also noticed it after having sex 2 or 3 times in a day. The cause is basically unknown but they think it has to do with nerves in your pelvic floor muscles. Do you tighten your PC muscles to orgasm? If so, you should stop this. Try orgasming next time without tightening them at all. This may be extremely important so do try this out. Those muscles can become overactive putting stress on the prostate. learn to relax those muscles whenever you can, if you feel pain there there try sitting in hot water in the bathtub or use a hot rice pad as mentioned. Also, when you have sex I would recommend longer sessions so you can come much more. The reason being is that sometimes sperm can get backedup by not fully released from the prostate and this will cause pain. As far as my exprience goes, quick orgasms achieved by squeezing the PC muscles is the worst for it. Don't squeeze, and take your time. Also watch out for caffeine and alchohol because they directly hurt the prostate. Good luck, let me know what you figure out, in the past I've really gotten down about this but I think its a matter of treating many things and being healthy in general. Dude relax. It's just some aches and itches. It'll go away. Your weaker erections are psychological. Just dont think about it.
