 |  Small Penis HEAD!
so the head of my penis is smaller than the rest of my penis unless i kegel hard at the before and during the PONR. please tell me how i can increase blood flow so the head size is always as large as it is before the PONR when i kegel. I would be so thankful. please please please.

Your head usually grows with the rest of the penis. You can try some targetted jelqs or some clamping if you are experienced enough, but both are pretty advanced techniques so it's best to start with the beginning.

V jelgs are great for the glans!! Try holding the end of the jelg stroke just before the glans for 15 seconds with a bit more squeeze.
