My bet is there was no meeting with any physician prior to him beginning his PE regimen.

No, I did not meet with a physician prior to beginning the exercises. No, I don't believe, based on what I'm experiencing, that the stricture area is playing any role. I obviously did this to myself, injured myself (though, in and of themselves, I truly tried to do the exercises as indicated). If you look at my posts, I have laid no blame on Jon, the Gym, or anyone here. Damage has been done, and until I get can time with a doc, I am here trying to get some advice on what I can do to help myself heal. Please try not to be punitive with me, because I feel like I'm being punished enough, right now. So, today's developments: the throb in the glans is gone, thankfully. Penis is generally hanging much looser as the day has gone on- also a good sign, I think. No erections at all. Something new, though: a dull pain radiating from the left side of my base, into the low part of my shaft and a bit down my left thigh. I had slight twinges of this earlier in the day, but decided to not pay too much attention to it. Being a beautiful fall day, I decided to take my boy on a (mild) hike. As we hiked, this pain became more pronounced, and I had to decide to turn around and go back to the car halfway through, mostly out of fear that it would get worse. From what I've read, I think this could be my Colles fascia, and could be the source of all the difficulties I'm experiencing. I'm about to apply a warm compress to the area; don't know what else I can or should do... Last edited by Dduster; 09-20-2009 at 04:30 PM. |

We are not trying to be punitive here- what we're trying to do is to stem the sudden and unprecedented flow of nearly identical complaints and dangerous attempts at self diagnoses. Until you've had a thorough check up speculation is fruitless.

I'm sure it will pass, DDuster. I had the same experience when I masturbated too hard--in my early twenties. It took a couple of weeks to pass. The penis has remarkably recuperative properties. I have not read all of your posts, but did you see a urologist to rule out other problems? I did back then. The good doctor said I was over-reacting to the condition. I thought he would laugh at me, but he didn't. The pain went away after a while. You might just focus on spending your time with your son and forget about making it with that lovely creature of yours. If she is as understanding as you say she is and truly cares, she won't be hurt. And when you start jelqing again, stay away from the glans area.

![]() | To clarify: I had an outpatient surgery in 2006 for a tiny urethral stricture that was causing my urine stream to split, which I suspect was a small knot of scar tissue from my erect dick being punched in a fight (I was making out with a girl when the doofus yanked me off her from behind and we started going at it) years and years ago. It has never been an issue since, and I KNOW that it was not a factor in my jelqing overwork/injury... but I think this is what Al is calling my "preexisting condition". kingpole and going, thanks for asking- feeling much better last night and today. I will FINALLY get to see my urologist on Wednesday (he was out of the office), but I think I really am on the mend, thank god. Spot of warm pain in the left groin is still there today off and on, but I think that is healing, as well. My lovely creature slept over last night, and lying with her through the night I had several nice, maintained erections, with only slight discomfort at times (we didn't take things any further than that!); was also able to get a nice, hard, lasting, normal-sized erection while standing up today. I nearly yelped with joy. Thanks very much, all, for letting me express myself/seek advice here as I work through this. Last edited by Dduster; 09-21-2009 at 05:31 PM. |

Your PE situation is certainly unusual (recent similar posts notwithstanding), and a reaggravation of a previous injury would go a long way towards explaining your case. I can assure you that any medical professional would certainly consider it a possible factor.

I guess I tend to think of that term as describing an ongoing restriction or limitation... rather than a problem (slight, in this case) that was corrected.
