Hey all,
new member here and have been lurking for a couple weeks and trying the routine lately.
I probably got a bit aggressive yesterday and noticed a bruise forming and quickly stopped. I figured out that the dorsal vein had torn or ruptured or something like that and had spilled some blood out. Freaked out for a minute but figured it wasn't too much more than when they take your blood and miss the vein in your arm creating a bruise.

How long does it take to heal up?

What the hell is it with you guys? In all my years of being on PE forums I have never seen so many injuries. Doesn't anyone know how to read and follow directions? I have no sympathy anymore. It seems like we've had a rash of first time posters, that their first post is how they injured themselves.

I did read countless posts and don't know if it was from the stretch or jelq. Warmed up everytime too.

Jon pop calm down.He didnt atack...
1)does it pains?
2)can you feel that you can have a errection?
3)After some hours do you still see blood.
If one of this is yes you should visit a doctor very soon.If all are no I would suggest calm down and give some rest to your unit and no touching at all.Even warm ups.Just let it alone until it is fully health.
Be aware that dorsal vein injure is the most serious injury in PE just before breaking your penis.

No real pain. Woke up with a stiff one this morning. And no more blood leaked out into the area.
I knew the dorsal was the big one so that's why I was lookin for some experience with it.

Do you figure that when the blood that leaked under the skin absorbs, it should be cool to start back up?

I give a damn but do you know where your dorsal vein is? It would take a lot of abuse to rupture it.
