So I was doing horse grips and I think I squeezed to hard. All of a sudden I lost my erection and could not get it back. It started to go blue for a while and I got real worried. I wrapped it with some heat and the blueness went away. I was able to get an erection again a couple hours later but right under the glans it is narrower and bruised a bit. Also and what is worrying me more is at the bottom of my penis I can feel a depression or a kink. I can't see it because the scrotum is covering it, but now when I get a semi it kinks right at that point instead of having a nice smooth transition. There is no severe pain, just a little soreness and a full erection is harder to achieve and its hard to make last long. My dick now has somewhat of a baseball bat shape only the wide part is closest to my body. Am i doomed to have misshapen penis forever now or should it return to normal when it heals? Also, any tips for helping it heal and how long should I take off?

You may require medical attention. You're not only OTFB you're off the roster. Doing Horse Squeezes is for advanced conditioned PE'rs not for newbies. Obviously you squeezed too hard and probably for too long. You've most likely Burst some blood vessels and traumatized your bulbourethral vein and/or bulbourethral artery. (lower area kink) You could have also damaged your urethra. Keep using Heat, especially moist Hot wraps. A good soak in a HOT Tub of water would be good. NO SEX, NO MASTURBATION and NO STIMULATION TO ERECTION AT ALL!! If after 12-24 hours it seems to be getting back to normal you might could massage it lightly with a bit of HEAT. If at anytime within the next 24 hours symptoms get worse, then SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY!!

You squeezed WAY too hard and you hurt your penis. This is a relatively serious injury. Take a hot bath and relax. Dont try to get an erection. Dont even think about your cock. Just keep your penis warm throughout the day. Dont exercise for at least 3 weeks. Let your penis recover. These are all very severe and very spontaneous symptoms. I think youre over-analyzing. Relax. Go see your doctor.

These exersizes can be done safely. Whenever an injury is reported, much of the fine detail is left out. Whether the individual is embarrassed or whatever, you obviously can't accrue this kind of injury by a simple squeeze or two but it takes much more force and duration than would normally be applied. A perfect example is.........................how many injuries have you seen where someone just had sex for the first time? Sex itself is a strenuous and physically dmeanding exersize of our units but you hardly ever see injuries resulting from "Normal" sexual activity. Though there are the rare occasions of injury under "normal" circumstances they are so few and improbable. Just as in the workplace, most injuries and accidents during PE are caused by carelessness and disregard for safety. Be safe and exersize with due care and caution and you'll avoid serious injury.

We don't know much about gm, for instance the amount of condition he had etc. He came on because he had a problem and is not a long time forum member. Anyway you guys helped as best you can, you can do no more. |
