![]() | I’ve never done this before but I’m feeling desperate. Over the last three years it’s been more and more difficult for me to get an erection. When I do get it, I’m so nervous and afraid of losing it that I end up losing it. I don’t know what I can do to stay calm. Any ideas? |

Learn to relax - go with the flow. I know it's easier said than done but just concentrate on enjoying the feeling and not worrying about what happens next. There are some darn good products out there that are medically tested that really work - had to use some myself. Just watch for doctor approved products so you don't get ripped off if you decide to go that route. Good luck - would like to hear others thoughts.

what i do for erections i take L arningtine and L orthinine pills for every meal plus the pills are cheap you can buy them at wallmart total cost(around $7.00) L arningtine-incresase bloodflow and helps a little with your erections by giving your more blood to pass threw your body. L orthinine- help prevent from getting fever blisters or herpes cause the L arningtine increases blood flow and if you were to kiss a girl with fever blisters than you will thank me for taking these or getting herpes from unsafe sex which can happen to anybody these pills dont work in a day you have to wait atleast a month or two to see results and the more you workout like (running and joggging and weights)the more bloodflow your heart gets and helps deliver it to your penis if your worried about getting herpes from the l arningtine than take l orthinine with it cause my girl has fever blisters and i havent got them yet (lucky me) plus do the PE excercises with the pills you should see erections sometimes soon if you stick to it |

Would not having morning wood be an indication that something is wrong with my unit? I havent had them for a couple years now...Have also noticed that my eq has dropped off since I stated doing pe.
