sounds good man.. yea i will.. but when im havin sex i seem to perform fine.. the discoloration has decreased day by day so thats a good sign.. I just have to ease off the pump pressure a bit.. i mean i would go as long as 15 minutes in the pump and for a begginer at that time i should have used my brain but i guess some of us learn the hard way

Well ive been out of the game since october because ive been trying to heal and most of the edema on the skin and clots or whatever spots there is on my unit has basically healed up.. there is some small clots still there but im sure the vein has healed and its just dried up blood jus sittin there. Moving on.. i decided to start a 10 min jelq session on sunday but this time i wasnt gonna go overboard with it and combine it with pumping like i did before. So right now i am just warming up 10 min then jelqing for 10 then warming down for 10. So i started saturday and i noticed some good results from saturday to sunday. Increased hornyness (ah yes heh) and strong hard erections BUT when i did achieve an erection and felt my penis it felt like fatigued with a bit of achyness. Those two are signs of neutral pi's so i would have to interperate that as i go along. So sunday i decided to jelq again and try to make my routine a 2 day on one day off type of deal so i attempted to jelq again and instead of jelqing for 10 min i jelqed for about 2 more minutes more and i noticed alot more achyness than i did before so i think my limit is in the range of 5 minutes to 12 minutes because as i reached my 12th minute the other day i noticed my unit was contracting a bit during the session so thats when i stopped and i think i might have hit the max point and i was able to tell by the contracting that i was at that overtraining point so i stopped. Monday morning i did not have any woods at all but it was still hangin plumped and fluffy and jelly and whatever terms are here that describe the hang,BUT i had no woods when i woke up either.. So how do i interperate that? So i decided to take two days off and here i am again wednesday night after my jelq session but this time i jelqed for about 8 minutes and after i was done with my session i felt minimal achyness and the unit was red.. so i took a shower and ever since i did my session i take my unit out to see if its plumped and fluffy and it is and i wiggle it and its slightly achy so i think im doin something right? you guys think i should do like a 1 day on 1 day off routine? cuz the 2 day on one day off was like a max point because after my session sunday, the next day i felt some achyness but i had hard erections at the same time but since i was achying i took an xtra day off and made it 2 day on 2 day off.. So i think my sessions hover at 2on /1off and 1on/1off.. Just updatin to see if i can get more advice.. thanks
