My advice to anyone just starting PE, Do not rush things and don't think the more work or pressure you put on your penis the bigger it will grow. This is definately not the case as i have had injury after injury!
If you read my thread (Ok, so now im starting to worry !) Do not ever hold a kegel for as long as possible while pulling hard, and keep pulling when the kegel finishes ! Lol
I am currently waiting like a fool for my penis to start functioning properly again when i would have been almost 2 months into PE, when instead i have only done in total 9 days !

Take my advice i'm telling you!

dummy sounds like you hurt your ligament if it hurts when your kegaling...... and if the pain is around the base of your penis primarily a the bottom than it is deff a ligament


Take some rest and heat it do not kegal!!!! or even touch your dick...... i have pe for two years now and this injury has ben re occurent since september i have not had a work out in almost 2 months becuase of injuring it again

and again. If you have the lig injury it is very hard to figure it out because it seems like once it gets better you could do whatever.... my workout was great when i thought it got better but the secret is to still let it rest even

when it does seem to get back to normal... i would jump into things and hurt it again. I have only lost a little bit but this little bit seems like so much to me.... even though my gf has not said a word it still is a bitch for me.

I was still able to get harxd when it was time for sex but through out the day my dick would hurt, and than i read up that getting hard is actually worse for this type of injury. Myne is getting back to normal now just got a hard

on last night for a little bit jerked for about 2 minutes with a stiffy and let it down and it doesnt hurt this morning.

Yes, steve you described perfectly what I have felt before (but did not sustain injury). Basically the moment you release that kegel if you keep on pulling with that hand you are pretty much HYPEREXTENDING your penis. It was painful for me, that's why I don't do kegel pulls anymore glad you posted this

No there is no pain for me at all, its just numbish around the base and when i get an erection it feels very soft around the base and as if its not working Lol that is the base and the underside of penis and the part that holds the erection together in the inside Lol only way i can describe it. Its as if my penis works fine but the base and inside just isn't happening
And you say it took you 2 months to recover? Oh no i'm in for a stressful time Lol

Rest and alternating heat and cold compresses may help. If the strain is severe it could take several weeks before he should even attempt anything.

Comeplete rest from PE, hot wraps, perhaps hot and cold therapy would speed up the healing.
