Default My Situation :(

I have ED like no other. I'm young too! I'm only 20 and I'm dealing with a pretty hard breakup so I'm experiencing depression and anxiety to the max. I was trying to the jp's 90 day program, but I wasn't able to even get it somewhat up without watching porn. The only time I'm 100 percent erect is when I'm about to cum. Should I just kegel till my ED goes away? and then start the jp's program? Please help!

You might should see a doctor. If you feel it does not warrant a Doctor's visit then start the program and see how things go. You don't have to get it up (over 30-60%) to do the exersizes.

Working on reducing your anxiety and depression will help of course. If you think it warrants it, you should see a counselor or physician about it. Once you get that taken care of, there are some supplements that can help you with your temporary ED, like L-Arginine, L-Lysine, and others. If you're going to do PE right now, keep it very very light. Stretch lightly and briefly. Jelq with very little pressure and for shorter periods of time, no longer than 10 minutes. The exercises can help you with the temporary ED.

In your case, the ED you're experiencing is psychological. Your depression and anxiety are what's preventing your penis from getting hard. Give it more time. You just broke up, this is a difficult period.

I'm going to agree with radio here. You did just break up and right now, your heart is hurtin' bro. It's ok to feel depressed and anxious. How long were you with this girl?

You should put enlargement on the back burner for now and focus on getting your head straight. Once some of the fog clears, look into doing stamina work (kegels, "Stop and Starts", etc.) and either counsel yourself or get some counseling if things don't get better. When you get that taken care of then you'll be fully ready for PE.

2.5 years. I'm pretty sure the anxiety and depression are getting to me, but once I clear my head I want to know what would the best option be? I'm thinking for now putting the whole jelq thing on the back burner like Big Al said. Is it alright to stick to kegels or should I wait till my mind is right? Thanks for all the answers I really appreciate it.

Kegels and "Stop and Starts"/edging will help, but you need to do some introspecting to get to the root of your issues. That should be #1 on your list.

I will due. I'm all about getting my mind right at the moment, but I still want to improve myself so I'll stick with kegels and "Stop and Starts." Thank you for your help. Can someone direct me to a thread that explains how I should kegel and do the Stop and Starts? I found the one on edging, but I can't seem to find the other thread on kegels. I don't know if there is one I'm just assuming there is.

You're welcome

These two links will help:

http://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theor...ing-101-a.html (Edging and the Stop and Start are essentially the same thing)
