Default begginer injury

Hi all,, i am a beginner to PE who just started 1month ago. but something terrible happened to me. while i was jelqing pretty hard one time, i think i was erect and jelqed. and also i did some sstretches after the jelq section. after that, my flaccid penis become very hard, and hurts a little. this was very usual because i have never had a hard flaccid penis. it has been 1month since i hurted my thing, sometimes it gets better and softer in flaccid, sometimes it remains firm flaccid penis. but not as hard as the day i injured it. Has anyone here suffered from what i have suffered? or knows a cure for this problem? please give me any suggestions u know of. thanks mates!!

Were you warming up before your sessions? Always warm-up. For now, I'd warm your penis up 3-4 times daily for about 10 minutes. Heat can help the recovery process if you have some internal injury in your penis. A good moist heat, like a hot wash rag or a rice sock. Do this for 1-2 weeks and if you are still having pain, consider seeing a doctor. Do not PE until the pain and hard flaccid go away. And, to mention the obvious, NEVER jelq or stretch when erect until you have many months of experience with PE work.

You should have read as much information as possible if you are just starting out. If you had read the manual completely you would have come across many warnings regarding not jelqing when erect and that too with a tight grip when starting out!!!! That's bound to lead to injuries. The best thing to do now is "Heat Up" your penis using Hot water. Dip it in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes.Even more if necessary.I am sure it will fasten the healing process and then you can get back to pe'eing safely again!!!!

This is the third case of a hard flaccid in only a few days! You people seriously need to calm down and stop yanking your wangs off!

70% erection MAX for jelqing! Light grip, a tight grip is gonna kill the little fella and will not provide better gains!

Warm up and down - and don't stretch with anything other than a flaccid!

Take care of your penis and you'll see some great results!

Oh, and take a few days off, don't PE with a hard flaccid!

Yes LookAlive. Seems like we are getting too many of these type of posts. Do I detect a pattern here?
In all of my PE years (over 6yrs) and several forums, only until recently has this ever been mentioned. You would think that over this period of time and all the many, many, thousands of members and posts, that this type of complaint would have surfaced before this.
We had an influx of people coming here posting about PE related injuries, i.e "Only did PE one time and now my dick is ruined," et al. These guys were deemed to be people hostel to the act of manual exercising and ploys of the "Size Genetics" people to push their product.
When they were called out on this, they never came back. I hope that this isn't the case for Marlboro863, but I have my doubts.

Not absurd when it comes to deterring/scaring people away from manual exercise to further their agenda of selling a product. If these unscrupulous people can plant just one seed of doubt in the mind of a person new to PE after reading a bogus injury post, they look at this as a potential customer. Especially when they plant a subtle hint in their post such as, "I am afraid to do PE again, I think I might get me a stretcher like Size Genetics."

They even posted on their web site that they were going to start a covert move to infiltrate the PE Gym and get their members to spam the site. This is where a lot of the bogus injury posts came from a few months back. Remek and Big Al, quickly put a stop to that when the owner of the site was contacted and informed that we were wise to their game.

This post is for informational purposes only and in no way intended to discredit those that actually injure themselves while doing manual Penis Enlargement Exercises.

Personally I am dealing with the same problem right now, I'm not a bogus poster! :P


Is heat and "leaving it alone" the only way to get rid of it?EDIT: Without supplements?

Oh and for me personally, I'm not hard when flaccid 100% of the time, but only when I stand up quickly after sitting down or when I exert myself - rubbing my member makes it go away usualy, also there is no pain, no tense feeling like I had when I got the injury.

What exactly qualifies as a hard flaccid?

Is it possible that I/other people were this way before we started PE but didn't notice until we had felt our members (EDIT: discomfort after too hard a workout) and decided to investigate?

Oh and can anyone tell me the side effects of PE with a Hard flaccid as well as side effects without?
