    Hello, I am 18 years old. I don't take any medicine - so I am completely medication free.

    However as the topic title already says, I never had a morning wood in my life. Sadly I noticed late that not having a morning wood is not normal. I used to masturbate and watch pornography since I am 11. However I left this habit when I went 17 years old. I am not watching any pornography, when I masturbate I try to use my mind. Even though I think I have errection problems, that's why I tryed lately to turn on a pornography and didn't get him up. Maybe 50% not more.. But the weird thing is.. often when my girlfriend says that she loves me I get straight a boner. But that doesn't hold very long but the errection is there.

    I can't remember.. when I had my last morning wood. I think only once with 14?.. Thank you folks.. for reading..

    What is wrong with my body? What should I try?

    Hello & welcome,
    If you get a boner from your girl saying something to you then you're almost certainly ok. Your likely having nocturnal wood but waking up after it's gone down.
    Is there anything else wrong or is it just lack of morning wood?

      As said above, you probably wake up after your nocturnal erection's subsided, it is related to your REM sleep cycle.

      Note that it is not likely to notice nocturnal erections if you masturbate a lot.

        Welcome to the gym. I am nearly 50 and never had a wet dream in my whole life. I know it is not the same completely, but similar. The exercises on this site will help you with overall penis health and erection quality. As mentioned I think you are functioning just fine if you get an erection from stimulation by your girl friend. Stay away from the porn so you Dont get more desensitization do some of the penis healthy exercises, be nice to your penis, and I think you will be fine. Enjoy your journey.

          Another fact that I hardly get 100% errectles. Maybe.. in the shower and right before the errection. I know few years ago when I was 14 years old just thinking about a girl gave me a boner. Seeing a naked girl does nothing anymore. I also know that my father had serious errection problems.

          Should I let my testesteron and hormones checked? Any suggestions..?

          And thanks.. I am not thinking about PE before solving my ED problem, I would like to know.. how is it to have a morning wood.. however I am happy with my current penis size anyway.. (19cm at 100% errection)

            Thank you. I have rarely wet dreams, maybe once in a year. Never had a morning wood though.

              PE improves penile health, and increases EQ, so if you do it correctly, you will get harder and fuller erections, size gains are a side effect!

              Anxiety and over-thinking decreases EQ, and makes you lose your erection easily, so relax and do not worry.

                I read few stuff on the forum here and it is said that few people are suffering with ED because of the PE Exercises (e.g. Jelqing).

                On the other side I read good results from kegel exercises - is it safer than Jelqing? Would it be enough?

                  Overzealous training, and not following safety instructions lead to injuries, that is why I said "if you do it correctly".

                  Research the information we have here and ask questions, before you begin, there are far more positive results and reports than negative, PE works and many do it for penile health and treating ED!


                  Kegels do improve blood flow to your penis, thus increase your EQ, and in some cases help with ED, but also there is a risk of injuries as a result of over training, as discussed on the forums, too many reps, without rest nor reverse kegels for balance will not be good.


                  Like going to the gym, you can hurt yourself if you don't exercise correctly, and you can gain muscle and health if you do it right, same with PE.

                  Read through the various sub-forums, and learn as much as you can.

                  You don't have ED, you are just anxious and affected by all the porn you watched in the past, let go of your old perceptions, and enjoy what you have.

                    Stop ejaculating for a whole week or even more, and try to wake earlier a few times, you may surprise yourself.
                    Intelligent PE and kegels could also help.
                    Otherwise it is not a problem as long as it is working with your girl, don't overthink it, internet can be bad for this.

                      I didn't ejaculate for a year with 17. Never had a morning wood.

                      I can't reach more than 50-75% errections.

                      And Yes, it works with my girl (e.g. when she says that she loves me) but it does not go over the 60% border.

                        Ok so that's weird, have a go at edging, maybe this form of masturbation can help you boost your libido again, stimulate your imagination and sensations (ballooning).
                        While not ejaculating for two weeks should increas horniness , none during a year is probably counter productive.

                          Edging is good for EQ, in addition to a balanced kegels (regular and reverse) routine, to strengthen and balance your pelvic floor.

                          Up to three times a day, flex and relax this muscle group twenty-five times. Make sure that you have isolated the muscle and that you are not tightening your abdomen, buttocks, or facial muscles during the exercise. Keep every other muscle in your body as relaxed as you can, and remember to breathe evenly as you squeeze and relax.

                          It may take you a while to work up to twenty-five repetitions. You may want to start with only five or ten repetitions and then gradually work your way up. Don’t do more than twenty-five repetitions at a time, or your PC muscle may get sore.

                          After you have done the basic PC muscle exercises for three or four weeks. In addition to twenty-five quick repetitions, add ten slow repetitions. Try to gradually tense the muscle for a count of five, hold it for a count of five, and then push it back out for a count of five. The first time you try this exercise you may only be able to do it once or twice. Eventually, you can work up to ten repetitions. Then try a version of the exercise where you tighten the PC muscle for a count of ten, hold it for a count of ten, and release it for a count of ten. It may take you days or weeks to accomplish this. How much time it takes doesn’t matter; the improved muscle tone does.
