Started l-arginine 500mg a day. How long does it take to see effects.

I would think everyone is different, but I've heard it might take 3 weeks if this is the first time you're taking it.

You could go up to 3gram of Arginine a day no problems

I'm taking 1500mg of L-arginine and I saw a difference after about 2 weeks.

Fuller flaccid, easier to get erections (plus some random semis during the day) and harder erections.

That's great I'm currently taking Ginkgo Biloba and that has been workin wonders my question is, is it safe to take that along with Arginine has anyone tried that or with other vitamins?

Id like to point out that there can be serious side effects to l-arginine if someone has the herpes simplex virus. Advising people to take increased doses of this amino acid without knowing a persons possible health issues is irresponsible. I was not aware of this side effect until I did some reasearch on my own about l-arginine side effects and overdosing. Thankfully this isnt an isssue for me, but people need to be doing their own research on supplements before assuming theyre all natural and wont cause any problems. I read several articles around the web of people who didnt even realize they had an STD until they took l-arginine and then got an outbreak. That being said, Im really enjoying the supplements Ive been taking and I think they are having a nice effect. You can get info on what I use in my progress thread linked below. |
