Hi, I'm a beginner to PE and I need help on a situation cause I'm very confused and scared. I really appreciate anyone who can help me in this situation. My Situation: Basically, I did the beginners routine (warm up, stretch, jelq, kegel) on Fri & Sat. with Sun. off. My jelqs were strong and I was really pushing hard. Today, I masturbated and when I did my erection levels were smaller than before. Also, I can feel my PC beating like it wants to pump more blood into my dick. Finally, I can feel a small bump near, though not on my PC muscle, which doesn't hurt. 1. What can I do to stop this from happening? 2. Will my body correct the problem itself? 3. When jelquing should I be more gentle with the jelqs? 4. When jelquing should I be more closer to the flaccid state, I'm more interested in length? Thank you very much again. I really appreciate those who can help me with my situation. |

Take a lighter grip take ,time to become conditioned. Low erection% jelq is good for length and safer. Do not exceed 70% erection jelq until you are fully conditioned. |
