PC and BC kegels
I've been doing some searching through the forums and discovered that there are these two muscle in kegels, BC and PC. Several posts say exercise them both separately. It's possible I missed it, but I can't seem to find out how.... When I kegel, I feel my anus clenching and then unclench, this to me is one muscle. I can't seem to locate a different type of flexing other than reverse kegels.. Please someone elaborate on how to do a seperate kegel exercise for BC and PC..
