It says search at the top of the screen now, so is easy to find. Steve I would get a medical at this point, to rule out medical issues.

It is evident from the title of the thread that you're worrying. Don't! 99% of PE accidents will heal over time, you're gonna be fine!

Just relax and wait for the EQ to return to normal.

Take a clean sweat sock, and fill it more than half way with uncooked rice. Place it in a microwave under enough time and power so that the rice gets to the desired temperature.

WARNING- The time and power is something that you're going to have to experiment with depending on several factors (the size of the sock, the power of the microwave, etc.)

You do NOT want to overheat the rice sock! You can cause SERIOUS burns if you miscalculate on the power and the time!

Once the rice sock is heated to the desired temperature, insert your semi-erect penis into the sock. The heated rice inside the sock will warm your penis up in much the same way as a hot wrap.

Big Al, you are saying to insert your penis directly into the hot rice?

My take on a rice sock is to do as you directed, but tie a knot at the end and heat in the microwave for around 1 minute or longer, to a temp that is not too hot when wrapped around the forearm. Then wrap it around your penis and let it warm you through. About 8 minutes. Then re-warm the rice sock for an additional 40 sec or so as it will heat quicker the second time.
Warm for a total of 15-20 minutes than start your exercises. Repeat step one to warm down.

I should have clarified that- the sock should be tied but a little loose. That way, you can insert your penis into it comfortably.

In other words, you are saying, don't fill the sock too full of rice? That way it is not too bulky to wrap around your penis? Is this correct?
You keep saying "Insert your penis INTO it" I would suggest saying, "Wrap the tied, warmed sock "Around" your penis.

Dick directly into a rice sock? Damn, ouch? I use flax seed, not rice and that sheeut gets HOT! That would be a warm-up of epic proportions though.
