Default Ok, So Now Im Starting To Get Worried!

Had been PEing for 2 weeks previously, but stopped for a rest for a few days. In this time i was kegelling 200 - 300 times a day. But on monday just gone i did like a 10 second kegel while pulling relatively hard, but not too hard! Since then it has not been the same i am not able to get a full erection and it flops down. That is when i can actually get one. I think the pelvis muscle may have stop functioning properly? Can i ask if anybody has ever had this problem and if they recovered from it ? I think if it lasts another week or two i'll be slitting my throat Lol
I can actually get an erection its just hard to sustain it .
Is there any advice on something i could be doing to sort it out or ....................
Thanks for any help people, much appreciated.

Stop kegling for a couple of days and it should return to normal.

Also, if you're going to do that many kegels make sure they are short/quick ones. Do not hold them!

I think you've just knackered your PC muscle for a while.

Take a few days off. Your EQ will resume to normal.

Give it a few days, it should return to normal.

Perhaps you could try edging? It might help you in maintaining that erection.

Also, someone posted the other day commenting on the power of the brain in maintaining an injury.

It is evident from the title of the thread that you're worrying. Don't! 99% of PE accidents will heal over time, you're gonna be fine!

Just relax and wait for the EQ to return to normal.

I agree with LookAlive. Right now 6.5Steve, stress and anxiety are your worst enemies. You just need to relax and take your mind off it for a while.

U had same starting stats as me, with nice gains in short period of time, great inspiration!

this is very true, i do struggle with stress and anxiety Lol
Now this was one problem and as you said it returned to normal the next day! but now im worrying again kind of.
Before i started jelqing at all i stupidly did a Very rough v-stretch and it was limp for a couple of weeks but returned to normal. It works fine But when i get an erection it has to be fully erect to go upright, but it flops down at the base. So it is more difficult to get a full erection! and it feels very heavy, and also feels i have a little less control over it.
Now i am sick of the countless injuries i am giving myself and starting afresh on the beginners routine. I have no problems getting it hard as am a virgin still lol
I am just worrying again Lol
Thanks

Keep everything light and you will have much more success than seeing how much you can take. Any type of gain is not worth injuring yourself over. Take as much time off as needed and take it easy the next time around. Good luck.
