I am not sure if any one else faced such situation?

Well i completed JPs 90 days i gained .5 inch BPEL and BFSL, i took all the supplements as mentioned.

currently i am on 2 weeks de conditioning break.

i have ED for this purpose i started taking 3gm of L Arginine(past one month) and 240mg of ginkgo(past 2weeks).

Still there is no improvement in EQ, usually i get decent erection but this dose not stay more than minute. I tried the light grip jelqs and edging while doing this unit goes hard but it is for minute only due to light grip it has become more sensitive.

The strange problem is before when i have sex it will be difficult for me to cum inside pussy (i had this TMS problem) i use to sweat a lot, now its opposite with the same girl the i insert inside her my unit is very sensitive due to light grips, i cum with in 2 strokes inside pussy(but i enjoyed the sensation now awsome).

I am confused how to solve this, which one to solve first now ED or premature ejaculation?

Should i see urologist(i am scared if they are knowledgable like PE folks)?

It would be a good idea to eliminate any medical problem.

If you're suffering from profound ED you shouldn't be on any kind of enlargement regimen. Your focus should be on getting your potency back. This should include edging/"Stop and Start" sessions. These exercises will also target your premature ejaculation issues. When you can condition your erections to remain rock hard during a Stop and Start session for 25+ minutes, your ED (at least the physical part) will be a thing of the past. You'll likely have your premature ejaculation issues under control too- or your conditioning will be as such to where you'll be able to get an erection reasonably quickly after ejaculating the first time.

Here's an issue I have with edging sometimes: I will feel very close to the point of no return for some time however remaining relaxed in the PC, and even though I feel like I 'could' ejaculate at any time if I want, my erection gets softer...WHY??????? of course I just bring it back, but can't maintain rockhardness for too long

I mean, I feel very close to PONR, but my erection is decreasiing the closer I get!!! wtf is up with this do you guys have this problem?

It could be that you're going through the beginnings of an orgasm but you're cutting yourself short so your penis is reacting as if you've ejaculated to some degree, or it could be a pure stamina issue.

Repeatedly not ejaculating while going through the feelings of orgasm is what's meant by being "multiorgasmic", which is rare among men and usually requires a good deal of training to achieve.

No- it's not retrograde ejaculation that I'm talking about, although I have experienced that many many times. My arousal level stays elevated, and I can bring back that erection within seconds, not like when you cum and it becomes sensitive.

I can feel all the sexual energy collected in the genital region, and can hold that state as long as I decrease stimulation...I keep my kegel relaxed as much as possible, til I feel that 'autokegel' as I call it, the beginnings of PONR. During that time when I feel highly aroused yet keep the kegel relaxed is when my erection decreases.

I know what you're describing (retrograde ejaculation is not what I'm talking about) and you'll see this kind of stuff explained in Tao type sex techniques for controlling/prolonging orgasms and becoming multiorgasmic. It's something you may want to develop.

If you're suffering from severe ED PE exercises may aggravate your condition, so you should be focusing on getting your potency back above anything else.
