So i have a doctors appointment today at 2 oclock people. I will let you all know how i get on.
Has anybody ever failed to fully recover from a ligament injury ?
and would it be wise to not do kegels when i do start back up again ?

Just got back from my appointment, the doctor says she couldn't see any problems and when i described what i had done to her she said to wait maybe 2-3 weeks and see if it improvesand it should fully heal in time. She said that most injuries they see are a fracture of one of the muscles or something which sometimes don't fully heal. So thats kind of helped me, but still sat like a spud waiting........................... and kind of depressed Lol never mind hey

Sorry people i am worrying again after reading about other people who have not recovered from their injuries. Is it right that whenever i injure myself i dont feel pain, but either numbness or a slight sensation in the affected area, at the moment around the base as i keep saying Lol
sorry for posting so much people, It has been about 2 weeks now and still no improvement and i have been letting the shower run most days.
