When I got put on antidepressants I went from 170 Lbs up to 200Lbs. I didn't think I was eating that much more than usual but the scales said otherwise. I hope everyone in here won't ever have to experience depression. It happens so gradual that you won't notice it until it's too late. I'm down to 178lbs and feeling great now, I know the warning signs and what to do when they appear. It would be great to knock another 10lbs off before the end of the year though.

If you are ever depressed take golden root instead of depression meds. Gensing also helps with depression. So does green tea and ginkgo.
