Rep Power: 0 | Un-Circumsised Questions I am an un-circumsised and grower member of The PE Gym, and I have the following questions:
- After my current routines (5 days on and 2 off, consisting of Basic Stretch, Rotate Stretch, Internal Stretch, Jelqs, Ulis, and Kegels) I get Edema (fluid build up; swelling) in the penis skin that normally sits over the glans (except that it is peeled back due to the jelqing action). This ocurrence normally lasts between 1 to 6 hours, but then the swelling subsides and the skin is back to normal. My penis does not hurt, but the skin feels stretched due to the swelling. Is this a Negative, Positive or Neutral PI? Any suggestions on stopping or at least reducing the swelling?
- I started my PEs in Nov. '07 (routine, at this time consisted principally of Basic Stretch, Jelq, Rotating Stretches, and Flacid Bends, and Kegels), and continued them for five months. My original measurements were BPEL = 5.00" and EG = 4.5". At the end of this period (i.e. 11/07 - 3/08), my measurements were BPEL = 6.5" and EG = 5.25". At that time I had to stop due to a number of reasons mostly business workload-related. The above issue (i.e. fluid build up; swelling) occurred in a similar fashion at that time, but the swelling was slightly less. I renewed my exercises on Sept. 11th using the routine shown in the 1st paragraph.
- Is there any data showing whether un-circumsised individuals have any more or less success with PE exercising? My objective is to reach BPEL = 7.5 - 8.00" and EG = 5.75 - 6.00". Also, if there is no relationship, does it take longer for guys like me to reach their objectives? And, how long do you think it should take to get to these measurements?
- Also, while I believe that most normal ections have the penis pointing at 45 degree angles or higher, I cannot get my penis to go any higher than horizontal (BTW, I have never been able to get 45 degrees). I also have issues with premature ejacultions, my erections rarely last longer than five minutes, and it takes a minimum of 1/2 - 1 hour to get a new erection. Any suggestions? As noted above, I already do Kegel exercises (100 - 200 daily, except on days off).
Any assistance is appreciated.

I think it is about the same for cut and un-cut men.

I renewed my exercises on Sept. 11th using the routine shown in the 1st paragraph. You have grown quite well. The fluid build up may be due to the fact that you may be gripping to hard. After my current routines (5 days on and 2 off, consisting of Basic Stretch, Rotate Stretch, Internal Stretch, Jelqs, Ulis, and Kegels) I get Edema (fluid build up; swelling) in the penis skin that normally sits over the glans (except that it is peeled back due to the jelqing action). Is this a Negative, Positive or Neutral PI? Any suggestions on stopping or at least reducing the swelling? Go to a three day a week schedule. Slow down the jelqs to a minimum of 5 seconds or longer. Stretch slower to and and hold the stretch out for a longer period of time. Kegel more or make your kegels last longer. Use a lube if you have to dry jelqing can be tedious. I would say your PI is on the negative side. by having a rest day between jelq sessions this gives your dick a chance to build up a better EQ. Try edging to solve the premature ejaculation problem. |

Rep Power: 0 | Un-Circumsized Questions Kingpole:
Thank you for your response and advice. My health is good. I am 55 years old. I had a physical about 2 months ago, and everything was normal.
I do regular exercises, mostly consisting of walking 4-8 miles every other day plus other basic exercises.
I perform wet jelqs (not dry). Also, the basic stretches are done in groups of approximately 5 daily in all directions (i.e. up, down, left, right, and horizontally). Each group lasts 2 mins. and 30 secs. each group (i.e. 30 secs. in each direction). Total (basic stretch exercise) time is 12.5 minutes.
Regarding the wet jelqs, are you suggesting that I jelq every other day (i.e. not daily)?
Lastly the order of my PE exercises is as outlined in the previous email (i.e. Basic Stretch, Rotate Stretch, Internal Stretch, Jelqs, Ulis, and Kegels). Do you believe that this is the appropriate order or should I alter it?
BTW, what is edging? Can you define/explain?
Any other thoughts?
Thanks, |

Rep Power: 1 | I can help you for your erectile dysfunction.
I cannot stress this enough: L-Arginine!!!!!!!
It is a vital Amino Acid. That means: your body needs it. What does it do? Arginine increases blood flow to the extremities of your body: fingers, toes, penis, nose tip, etc.
I take 3 L-Arginine per day. I am 18 and I have absolutely no erectile dysfunction. I take Arginine to increase blood flow to my penis. It is so important for you to take natural supplements for ED.
I also take 3 L-Glutamine per day. Its another vital amino acid. It helps with muscle regeneration.
Also, dont forget your protein shakes! Very important.
One more thing, become a vegetarian! Meat is bad for you and your penis. So is milk. Drink Soy Milk. Stay away from junk food that blocks the arteries.
Another thing to consider: ED may be a sign of heart disease. First, the small arteries in your body get clogged and malfunction, later on your big arteries get clogged. I dont mean to scare you, but ED may be a sign of this! I understand you had a physical though.
Also, erections can be psychological. Is everything okay with your girlfriend/wife? Does she turn you on? You might wanna look into that and other private details.
Good luck to you, my friend.
