Need vitamin advice
I bought a few vitamins today and i need some help on amounts and times of day to take them .
Im almost 40 years old . My only bad habit is smoking and im working toward giving it up. I can pick up any important supplements im missing in my list .I have a workout routine i can stick to every other day. So now i want a long term supplement and vitamin routine. From reading on here i've picked up the following list of supplements . I added the prices and store bought at in case anyone can benefit.
