I know it's a strong statement, but read on. Like many of you, I learned about PE years before actually doing it, like it should be done- PE exercises with proper nutrition. I had tried it a few years back but had no success. I always believed the "experts" from sites like WebMD. But here's my story with energy drinks: I started drinking monsters about 10 years ago. I started drinking one a day and having regular meals. The drinks gave me tons of energy and always put me a good mood. The high a got (on an empty stomach) from these drinks was so good, I used to tell people monsters cured depression. I also noticed that my balls and penis would retract almost completely into my body, after drinking a monster. I did not give it much thought. I had sex with my girlfriend twice a week and it was great. I noticed I was losing weight, so I decided to replace two of my meals, breakfast and lunch, with my a low-carb monster and then eat as much as I wanted when I got off from work, around 4pm. I lost a lot of weight; I went from 210 lbs to 170. I did this for seven years and was able to keep my weight off, pigging out once a day.
Now flash forward 7 years, I'm 30 and I broke off with my girlfriend. I continue my diet, but I'm starting to lose interest in sex. I decided to increase my exercise to see if that would help, I had been exercising since I started drinking my monsters. I had a bowflex machine and decided to add p90x to my routine. I discovered this forum, read about nutrition and the wonders of supplementation, especially green tea and raw ginger, thanks KingPole. The changes have been amazing. Within two days of stopping drinking my monsters, drinking my tea and ingesting my supplements, my genitals were more relaxed and I was horny as hell. There is so much blood going down there now, that I can't do PE without ejaculation, it's that strong. And the feeling is wonderful. I never made a sound when I ejaculated, but now I can hold it in, if feels that good, so thanks to you guys. And yes, I am growing, but I don't care so much about that as the fact that I have my sexual health back. I am doing weights again and it's incredible the amount of muscle I am gaining. Below is a list of my supplements, I take a lot. I believe you need to take a lot to see a difference. Again thanks to you guys and the forum.

I believe caffeine (soda, coffee, energy drinks) severely restricts blood flow to the genitals, that means low sex drive, loss of sensation and NO PE gains.
Anything that increases blood flow to the genitals (green tea + ginger, Viagra) has the opposite effect.

Tribulus Terrestris (850 mg, from Biomedical Research Labs, the only one that has worked for me, huge difference in semen amount)
L-Arginine 3000 mg (This is what's giving me my muscle)
Garlic Capsules 4000 mg
Resveratrol 500 mg
Ginseng 250 mg
Ginkgo Biloba
and to Prevent Hair Loss from the increased testosterone (Nioxin Capsules and Shampoo, saw palmetto)
I get some of my supplements when CVS or Walgreens has them on sale, buy one, get one free. I don't mind spending any amount of money for the health that I have now.
Also, I know am going against the current here, I skip breakfast and lunch and drink green tea instead; I don't get as hungry. If I have breakfast or lunch I get as hungry as hell all day and I eat more! The savings from skipping breakfast and lunch more than pay for my supplements. Also, I have been trying some PE devices form ebay I will let you know how they work in the future.
