(1) Korean Panax Ginseng 100mg (could not find American)
(1) Super B-Complex
Night;
(1) Odorless Garlic 1000mg (2 a day)
(1) Centrum Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement
(1) L-Lysine 500mg
(1) Zinc 100mg
(1) Ginger Root 550mg (same thing as ginger caps?)
(1) Green Tea with Hoodia 315mg
(1) Ginkgo Biloba 120mg
Thanks for the feedback guys, any more critiquing would be greatly appreciated. Just trying to get the most out of my PE
Drop the 100mg of zinc, you don't need that much unless your a 60 year man and your doctor said your lacking zinc. 25-40mg a day is more than enough.

TwitterI never realized tuna had so much mercury. That's really too bad--especially because it's far easier to get tuna here in the USA (vs most other kinds of fish).Stick with the omega 3 and be careful with the amount of tuna you consume. It seems these little tuna fish went around swallowing mercury. I guess they like it. Some folks who ate a can of tuna for lunch for 2 months had mercury levels that were unhealthy.Moderation is the key. Now if you want some good fresh PCB'S, try stripped bass. It seem s they're loaded with them!
It does seem that PCBs and mercury can be major concerns with any type of fish, or even fish oil. In another post you mentioned some government information on mercury--that would be helpful if you could post a link (e.g. if it's available in a PDF, whatever).
