At first i was skeptic when it comes to PE. I remember when i first run into ads, sites and what not, i thought "What a bunch of BS". Three months later i couldn't be bigger supporter then i am. I best proof 2 myself that it works. So that said i am curious about other type of non traditional work outs. I am not short i am 6 feet or 182cm or at least i think thats 6 feet. Anyways i saw on youtube exercises about getting getting few inches taller, which isn't really my goal to get like 7 feet or what ever, but i think about trying it just to see if that one works as well. To gain one or two inches.
Do you guys have any similar ideas/tip or similar "workouts" or maybe even experience?
