Can anyone provide a step-by-step "Dummys How to Guide" for Edging & Balooning?

Please include such issues as frequency (i.e. how many times per week), length of exercise (duration), and intensity (i.e. erection level), as well as whether a different approach should be used for Beginners (less than 2 months w/PE), Intermediate (2-4 months w/PE), and Advanced (greater than 4 months w/PE).

Also, can/does taking the Erection Tea before these exercises help/complement/assist the process?

1. Frequency: Once a day is more than enough.
2. Duration: At least 15 minutes.
3. Erection level: 100%

And there's no different approach based on level of experience.

I have no idea what "Erection Tea" is and I'm not intent on finding out; too sketched out about all these "male enhancement" supplements on the market. However, for the last couple of weeks I've been consistently having a cup of just good ole' Green Tea right before my sessions and it's brought quite an improvement both during my workouts and with recovery. Whatever you choose to take, just be very careful with all these "male enhancement" products.

Thank you for your post, but the explanation provided in the link doesn't help.

I am looking for a step-by-step "Dummys-type How to Guide" for Edging & Balooning. I did not get that in the link.

If you or someone else can provide this detail, I would appreciate it.
