Default Supplements

Although I'm relatively new to PE, I'm trying to start on the right foot. My routine is sorted, but I've also been looking to incorporate some decent vitamins and supplements. So I've gone for the following:

- One A-Z Multi Vitamin tablet (A-Z Multi-Vitamins & Minerals for Men - Designed specifically for men - Healthy Direct)

- One Zinc tablet (Zinc, Colds & Flu - Healthy Direct)

- Four L-Arginine tablets (L-Arginine 500mg - Healthy Direct)

- One Vitamin B tablet (Vitamin B Complex - Biotin, Niacin, Thiamine, Riboflavin - Healthy Direct)

- Two Maca tablets (Maca Tablets 500mg | Maca Root Extract Supplement - Healthy Direct)

I take these each day in the morning with breakfast.

Anyway, I just wanted to know if you thought the doses were OK and also whether I should be taking these in the morning or evening? Also any other advice would be welcomed

Like I say, I'm pretty new at this, but having read the various threads on here, I thought bring some supplements into my PE routine.

Welcome to the Gym ,
Your off to the right start. I take my multi-vitamin when i wake up and before bed (some might say its over kill but i think its the two times you need it most). As for L-Arginine i take it 20min before my pre-workout meal before i go to the actual gym.

cumming to the end of a 2 month brake!!!
I have lost a good portion of gains ,at the end of the brake i will be doing :

25mcg -igf
every other day along with 6-8 hours of stretches and 30min of 60% erection jelqing and depending how I feel I will add in cialis at 20mg and clamping

Yeah I don't think taking any form of pills or supplements is the "be all and end all", but I do believe that decent supplements will aid PE. The main areas where I think it helps is recovery and vasodilatation, as ultimately, the more blood you have flowing, the better the pumps will be.

The end game here is to increase blood flow and use this to expand the vessels in your shaft. Anyway, I'm happy that I've got a vote of confidence on here

Your exactly right and vasodiators will help with the healing process by allowing more nutrients be carried by the blood to where it is needed


The pump is what keeps me going to the gym everyday its like an instant result and you feel good about your self for an hour lol
