Swimming is great for weight loss while following a strict eating plan. I'm a fervent lap swimmer. I have a 1 1/2 fat pad--at least that's what I measure from the pubic bone to the very base of my penis. My BPEL is 1 1/2 inch longer than my NBPEL. That is quite significant: 9.5" vs. 8". I would love to knock off another 15 pounds and get down below 180. That would give my dick an even larger look. I have prominent abs at 180 as well. This is my goal.

BTW, the kick board exercises and the back stroke, focusing on the lower body, are great for strengthing the lower body, and I would think that would help in reducing the fat pad as well. I'll let you all know.

Great, let us all know, but your already a MONSTER at 8x7 man, wow, you've already surpassed my long term goal by 2x1 LOL!!!

If your diet and workouts are in check , you will get gains from the fat loss and higher blood flow through out your body + more gains from PE so if your lucky u will gain alot to your NBPEL

I have lost a good portion of gains ,at the end of the brake i will be doing :

25mcg -igf
every other day along with 6-8 hours of stretches and 30min of 60% erection jelqing and depending how I feel I will add in cialis at 20mg and clamping

decided to measure my wang
NBPEL - somewhere between 4.3-4.5
and than my bone press was 4.95

unless i'm not pressign my bp in all the way i believe i must have a little fat pad for a fat person because....when i started off working out i was 30%BF @ 230 lbs 6'1 i'm currently now 202lbs 6'1 and i'm same size as i was back when i was at 230

Don't let it discourage you , the first 20-30 lbs at that weight is normally mostly water

Yah, im sure that will add some good length to my dick. A good diet, good cardio and workout routine and doing the PE, im sure i can get to 5.5 for sure within a couple of months. Right now im 4" NBPEL and then 5.25" BPEL. So just by dropping like 30-40 pounds i should get to at least 5". And then the PE im sure will add a .5" to it from noob gains maybe in a couple of months. So yah, i need to fix up my diet and up my cardio game more and start PE asap!!!

30% bodyfat at 230 and 6'1", what was your waist line and what is your waist line now? 4.95" over 4.5", no you were never 30% bodyfat whoever took that measurement either hated you or they are daft.
