i was a 38" waist and maybe...they were tryin to sell me a product (personal training sessions) @ 24 hour fitness

right now my waist line is approximately 36"

edit - according to the body fat calculator on page 2 i'm at 18% body fat

I guess that is pretty accurate, it brings me in at 13.9% bf. im 190 lbs, 34" waist with a 17" neck. I also played around with it and came up with a interesting finding. If your waist does not change but your neck gets fatter you lose bodyfat percentage. With an 18" neck i would be a lower bodyfat %, odd...Oh well. Even at this level of BF which is considred great ylou think i could reduce these love handle down more, shit! Oh well imlove myself despite this!
