    The general rules that apply to most of the people are :
    -abs are bacoming visible below 14% (genetics +-1%)
    -below 10% you should be covered in veins (and again genetics)
    -at 8% abs insertions are really, really well defined (and genetics :P)

    Oh and Arnold Shwarzenegger was ~7% when he was in his prime.

    I just did a body fat calculator online and it told me I had a 19.13% Body fat. ....that can't be right.

    Another page told me I was 15%

    No, no, no. Excercising does not increase the amount of stored fat. If you want to lose bf you have to be on cutting diet. If you stay to long on it you will lose also mucle mass. The best way is to do keto diet for 2-3 weeks. High protein, fat, almost no carbs. It helps to preserve your muscles while cutting.

    I've still got work to do then. Not one who likes to go on specific diets, I just get my protein in, eat my veggies, and get my healthy fats in + cardio and exercise.

    It's really no big deal. Less body fat is more of a personal vanity thing. Staying healthy is my bigger concern
