There's some links now at the bottom of this page to some other threads about DHEA. Take a look at King Pole's one. My feeling would be to start at a lower dose first. Apparently there are some natural supplements too such as tribulus that can increase DHEA production in the body. Looks like it could be a good supplement though, especially for older men.
I take it, I love it and I dont think you need 50mgs, try 25. Does the trick for me. I am 46 and it makes a noticeable difference. I really liked it when I was lifting more, seems to give you that ten years younger boost and it has the bonus sex drive boost too, at least for me. It is no use for younger fellas but for us geezers it is great.
