Very nice site there. I just finished doing a solid 45mins of push-up/pull-up super sets. Calisthenics rock.

Well that's awesome, SJ. I'm trying to work my way back to my "fighting weight" while avoiding injuries at all costs so I'll be one of those sending questions your way sooner or later.

WMP, if you want to get back to "fighting weight", I would suggest militaryathlete.com workouts. Crossfit isn't bad, but militaryathlete workouts are much more well rounded, I think. And, they require a lot more mental stamina. I can pretty much breeze through most crossfit workouts (not all, e.g. Linda---talk about a sufferfest), but I typically find myself listening to that little voice in my head, trying to keep me motivated during those final few sets/rounds of the militaryathlete workouts. Some of their workouts call for ruck marches, but you could just go for a jog or hike on those days. That's what I do at least.
