possibly an infection?!

i'm making this thread on this category for faster response. please help ASAP.

After about 48 hours of having sex without condom (i have had sex with the same girl many times previously with and without condom), bottom part of my shaft started itching (not insanely). I see little bit of red spots where itchies, like rashes..

some of the rashes became some what like a small bump. And some big areas of the skin covering the balls where itches has turned red..
oh my god... Do i have an infection?

What happens with me in future if the infection/disease can't be cured completely and it just needs to be treated?
