Default Ginkgo Biloba

I invite anyone to find links for ginkgo biloba and we can discus the pros, cons and myths surrounding the herb.

I personally think that ginkgo is supior to most drugs for treaing ED. But i have always had my doubts about its effectiveness for helping patients with dementia at 240mg. I also think for demetian a higher does of 500mg could be use under the supervison of a naturalpath/MD. A naturalpath/MD is both a natural path and a medical doctor example Dr. Weil fits this discription.

Do not take Ginkgo with coumadin or heperin or any other blood thining medications. If you are a bleeder don't take gingko. If you have systemic hypertension don't take ginkgo. Do not take ginkgo if you have low cholesterol. Do not take Ginkgo if you have a bleeding ulcer.
gingko can lower blood sugar diabetics and hypoglycemics should be aware of this.

Not to go off topic but a lot of the latest research is supporting that a lower carb, no sugar, no refined/processed foods is seriously improving the conditions of those with dementia and Alzheimer's.

Thanks for the links KP. I've been reading more on gingko lately, the liquid form does not taste bad at all, it actually goes together with green tea very well.

I've been doing some research on Ginkgo Biloba as well. But that's being pushed aside. One, until I can get rid of this splitting headache. Two, after I finish the research on VigRx, I only have a few ingredients left.

Alzhiemers may be linked to diabetes, it may actually be a form of diabetes.

This is interesting Larger. I've been the victim of splitting headaches over the last year. I've been on ginkgo biloba, 120mg 4 times a week, for two weeks and haven't had one headache since I started. Hopefully I have stumbled upon the cure.

Also, I have high blood pressure for my young age. Will Ginkgo Biloba help in anyway?

Other than that, I know that it's harder to control my erection level when jelqing whilst on Ginkgo Biloba.

I've also had more energy while working out. This includes push-ups, pull-ups, and pumping iron. Although this could be due to the L-Lysine , 500mg 4 times a week, that I'm taking. I read that it helps restore amino acids, a building block of protein. It reminds me of when I was on creatine to be honest. Obviously it doesn't work as well.

I also seem to be more energetic with everything else. Seems as if more gets done in a day, lol. Is Ginkgo Biloba comparable to caffeine? It seems to be from what I'm experiencing.

I do make sure to not do any supplement everyday, or overdose. This can be bad on your liver and kidneys. A lot of people assume it's natural and cannot hurt them. This is false. Be careful.

An example is how I damaged my kidneys from creatine abuse. Although I realize some may not consider creatine as natural as some of the supplements I mentioned above. Regardless, be careful.

My splitting headache went away after drinking a lot of water and eating some food. On Tuesday, I forced a lot of food down. And before I tried to sleep I thew back a 1,500 caloric shake after chowing down a peanut-butter and jelly sandwich. And I paid for it on Wednesday with one of the worst headaches I've ever had. Gingko helps with blood flow in the brain as well, and can alleviate pain. Improving blood flow should help with that, because there won't be as much build up or pressure. I'm not positive on the link between blood flow and pressure, that's just something that I would ascertain.

At first it will be tougher to maintain a certain erection level, because you will become aroused more easily than you once have. I'm also having that issue when jelqing. So I stop until it goes back down and start again. That's a healthy thing. I'd rather have my erection going up than going down from jelqing.

I think the more energy while working out is great. For me I find more NO2 in the body and muscles helps me workout more. I've been taking NO Shotgun, which is some nasty stuff, but I find I can do more reps when using it. It's not very good for the body though, but I have 3 jars of the stuff. So after I finish one, I'm going to try and sell the remaining jars.

I don't know as far as a comparison between the supplement and caffeine. There's caffeine in tea, and in coffee, and even soda. So you could be getting that from other sources. I don't drink soda nor do I drink coffee. Just green tea.

Overdose is one of the biggest concerns I have for many people. They think more is better. I knew people who would stack these workout supplements, and as a result they would have a vessel explode or get kidney issues. Anything in excess is very bad. And there is such a thing as too much blood flow.

Fantastic post buttheadyeah. And good to have you back.

I've tried VigRx. It does work as claimed for the most part but only as long as you take it. Another thing, unless you enjoy being so contiously horny 24 hours a day that you'd fuck anything, don't take it as directed! I'm 38, and frankly I'm glad that my blood has cooled a bit.

One last thing. I don't think I was overdosing on Gingko, but I've had to stop taking it. I was taking 300mg a day and after several weeks I noticed that my arthritis was really acting up. I stopped taking it and it's gotten better, but it still twinges often.

I've just bought some ginkgo tablets that are 6000mg..is this too much to take?
I had been on 3 x 250mg a day for the last week.

Treefern, I would say you're taking too much. As mentioned in my last post, I only take 120mg 4 times a week. Any ginkgo your body doesn't use or that is excess has to go through your kidneys and liver. This can put a major toll on your organs, since they will be working overtime. Especially if you are taking other supplements with your gingko.

I always take a couple days off a week and don't do any supplements. I've found that my body really appreciates this. Plus, you don't want your body to build up a major tolerance for these supplements or even worse depend on them.

All in all, be careful you have to live with those organs the rest of your life.

Don't have the mentality, "It's natural, therefore it can't hurt me," because you will have a rude awakening.

Hope this helps.
