-Eat nuts and grains between meals
-Eat lots of beans
-Go for an expensive protein shake
-Buy a bottle of Creatine (this will help you gain muscle)

You need to eat a lot more calories than you are doing right now.

If you hit the gym, be careful not to lose weight like I did. You need to EAT like a madman and supplement properly. That's all the advice I can give you. Some members here are much more experienced and they can give you better advice.

Which somotypes are you related to Radiohead?

Clearly this guy is an Ectomorph. You will need to consume a lot and excercise only in moderation with heavy Compound work as an base.
Squats,Deadlifts,Chins etc. Will work for you to pack on some muscle.

I am a vegetarian too,Endo/Mesomorph,and I am HUGE compared to many due to the fact I have eating a lot and been doing Compound excercises.

Besides,ordinary Meat you get at the supermarket is filled with estrogen shit which is the reason I cut it out of my diet.
I feel much better and stronger now,my T levels are higher etc.

But what works for me is not necessarily working for you.

Go see the movie "Food, Inc." produced by Eric Schlosser (who wrote "Supersize Me") and Michael Pollan (who wrote "The Omnivores Dilemma") and then decide how much red meat you want to eat! You'll be disgusted!

Out here in California we have stricter regulations on meat. So i buy the good stuff only. Foster Farms, Harris Ranch something that has no antibiotics and as close to the earth as possible. Also the pessticides used on vegtables are also estrogenic. So you your getting the bad estrogen in everything its all around us. To get rid of heavy metals in your body eat apples. To get rid of the bad estrogen eat brocalli and drink lots of tea, white, black, green and red tea can't hurt and givers you a lot of extra anti oxidant help.

The pessticedes used on vegetables are nothing compared to all the hormones they pump into the Mcdonalds Cattle.Another horrible factor is the "stress" the animals go trough before they get slaughtered. Like watching your own family get steamed to death.... (Reason why I do not drink milk). In sweden we had a couple of incidents where pigs(who were awake) were boiled ALIVE toghether with their sleeping brothers!

Picture yourself beeing in their situation....Fucking horrible!

Wash your vegetables clean with water and never let them be stored in plastic. These are the rules of the Warrior diet.
