Default hey guys. I seriously need a diet

Hey guys. well, i was wondering if some of you could assist me (or hell design me a...) in making a diet.

Here's what I DO do so far.

As for excercise:

-Skate almost every day (been skateboarding for 5 years now)
-Do a mile + 4 times doing "the bleachers" (if u know what i mean ask if u need clarification its a pretty good form of cardio IMO) ; every other day
-30 straight pushups at a very wide grip for pecs every other day
-paintball once every two weeks (I play competetively) to give you an idea YouTube - Paintball Mix
-pretty much not much else (bball here and there, used to play alot)
-however, active 9 outa 10 days

Diet: Meh dont really know. So far ive switched to whole wheats only such as whole wheat bread, pitas, etc
Ive switched to leaner meat (like just regular chicken)
I dont know how im supposed to do 5-6 meals a day!!!! Im ALWAYS hungry if i dont have a big meal (any suggestions or tips please)
Also love bananase usually one a day

Im not concerned about my weight. Just the amount of body fat I have. Truthfully, I think I have a solid 4 or so pounds in fat alone (I THINK thats alot but hell what do I know?). And I just want it gone. I have self determination. I will do anything I have to in order to lose this weight. Even though it trully isnt much. Just want that sexy body. I have chicks always "holla-ing" (is that how you say it? ) at me. And truthfully, I am sick of being self conscious about taking off ma shirt at the beach you know? But at the point Im at, I really shouldnt. But I am. So please guys, can you design a diet for me? Id appreciate it to no end

Why don't you try eating a piece of bread before a meal with a cider vinegar, to loose your appetite, aside from the benefits of vinegar? My office mate doing it today. Just don't drink it pure mix it with water.

Weight Loss. For thousands of years, vinegar has been used for weight loss. White vinegar (and perhaps other types) might help people feel full. A 2005 study of 12 people found that those who ate a piece of bread along with small amounts of white vinegar felt fuller and more satisfied than those who just ate the bread.

Lost 24 pounds i gained back fro using cider venigar, works real well, also green tea helps boost your metabolism. Now this is a good recipe for dieters.

Get a slice of bread
smear on extra virgin olive oil.
sprinkle on some balmsalmic venigar.
eat! Yum, this satisfies a raging appetite may also help you lose some weight.

But seriously if you only have 4 pounds of fat on your body i doubt you need to lose weight.

Anti depressants also make you fat.
