So what's your favorite vegetarian food?
There has been an article circulating around the web that blames soy milk for everything that afflicts humankind. Actually to the point of laughable. He attacks the soy industry and sinister government agencies for promoting this dangerous food. Is there a shred of validity to his statements? Many years ago I had kidney stones and it's not something I ever want to go through again. So I gave up milk in fear it would bring them on again. I drink soy milk everyday. Is there some caution I need to be aware of?

Veg, you should be the nutritional consultant on this site. Nutrition and PE seem to be likely partners. Maybe I should press our Moderators to establish a single source of Nutritional advice?

Well, as I stated in other threads of this forum. I have successfully used soy to consciously change my body (PE and bodybuilding). Try this simple experiment. Take a blank sheet of paper. Put on one side the benefits and on the other the negative side effects, which you found while researching online. Take soy for a couple of months and see how many benefits/side effects you experience. If the benefits outnumber the side effects... you know what to do.

Thanks. I already sent my application to become an editor for PEGYM. Will see how that goes.
