Default Must see: The ONLY 4 supplements you need for building muscles (video)

This video is quite important. All the information contained within the video has been thoroughly discussed here on the PE Gym forums.

The only 4 supplements you need for building muscles: YouTube - The Only 4 Muscle Building Supplements You Really Need

1) Whey Protein Shakes
2) Creatine Monohydrate
3) Multivitamins
4) Essential Fatty Acids

I've been using these 4 supplements for 2 months and I've gained 6 lbs. My muscles are so much bigger and well defined. I've caught up to all my meat eating friends within 2 months (I am a vegetarian, therefore it's hard to gain muscle). My penis has been rock hard since the whey/creatine combo. Check it out!

It's not considered to be a ''must'', but if we can gather enough evidence that Creatine does support growth within the penis, it will be a huge outbreak for PE.

Tomorrow, I start my Creatine/PE research journey. I will find some really interesting information.

UMMM RH I hate to be the one to tell you this, but as a vegetarian you were probably deficient in a number of areas ,that these suppelements address.
That is not to say they are not worthwhile for the general population.

Bull shit. *Nothing personal*
I´m almost an true Raw/Vegan and since I began my Vegetarian WD & "More rest is best" excercise regime I have gained more pounds off muscle than any of my Bodybuilding Meat eating friends.I´m much bigger than most guys my age and people mostly go "Wow,are you a vegetarian? I thought you guys could never get so big".

Read the following facts/articles:
"The protein myth"
"Psycho Cybernetics"
"Warrior Diet"

Sorry for the outbreak,it was automatic as I hate when people pick on Vegetarians using myths

My regime has relied upon good old fashioned Oatmeal, and lots of it ^^

Well I am sure you are a world champ in many sports, but I know of none who are vego's.
Since you are into the muscle ,you can tell me no doubt, out of the many hundreds of world champs in oly and powerlifting, dozens who are vego's. Of course then there are the Mr Oympia's who are vegatarian.
Look "nothing personal" but your religious zeal and all is a turn off.

Radiohead: Regardless of whether you take supplements or not, at this point in your life you're supposed to put on muscle even if you live on Pizza and & Hot Dogs and the reason is very simple: You're 19yrs old. Try to get the most out of the next couple of years by staying consistent and injury free.

C.Phantasy: Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't you say in the past that you're also on the juice (I might have read wrong, so that's why I'm asking 1st)? If that's the case, then there's no way to tell whether your eating vegan or meat will make much of a difference. A steady supply of properly managed juice will get you all muscled up even if you live on nothing but Pop Tarts & Frosted Flakes.

But I get your point that most sportsmen are meat eaters,

Ever heard of Carl Lewis? He won 9 Olympic gold medals in track and field. He held the title World's Fastest Human. He was named the International Olympic Committee's Sportsman of the Century and Sports Illustrated's Olympian of the Century. And he's vegan(He only eats raw food and no dairy or meat).

I would like you to read about how "Meat" is processed in our body and tell me if its healthy. *Or avoid doing this and we shall not have an debate which is completely off topic.

I´m on juice as of now. Been reading and consuming steroid knowledge for a very long time. But Ive just started out with my first "Dianabol cycle" since a week ago. You do not grow at a rapid rate as you may think, you need to do at least a couple of weeks to get some extra results. So I got big before I even started with steroids.
But I may have good genetics,my latest tests shows that I´m mostly Mesomorphic which means I build muscle very easy. I also know how to excercise properly(CE mostly) and how to eat to keep my calories high combined with Macro & Micro.

I tried the whole plant-based diet approach back in 2000 and it simply wasn't for me. I think genetics have a LOT to do with it just like with anything else. I know guys who claim to be vegan but don't really know much about this approach; however, because of pure genetics, they're built like beasts. I know a guy in Harlem who's the same age as me (36), does a crazy amount of calisthenics EVERY SINGLE DAY and eats nothing but your run-of-the-mill canned veggies, some nuts (almonds, cashews, etc), rice & beans and he's built like an Olympic gymnast, with muscles on top of muscles from head to toe. If I tried to do as many calisthenics as he does at our age (where it takes a lot longer to recover than when you're 20), I would go into overtraining within 2 days, even if I ate a whole cow and a couple of pigs every day. It really comes down to genetics.
