I've been working out for more than 6 months now and I've gained weight because my muscle mass has increased. I've lost most of my fat but the only thing that bothers me is that I have a lot of fat in the chest area resulting in 'moobs' I've been doing bench presses for quite some time and my when I tighten my pecs they seem harder. Any suggestions on how to lose moobs, or how I can concentrate on the pecs? |

You need to keep losing body fat . And only eat healthy foods . Add more cardio to the workout. Add a pic so people can guess your body fat % and give you better replies

Bitch tits aye? Did you use extra T without enough Nolvadex or arimidex? The best option for you is to do like me,do heavy compound excercises with focus on the chest. Incline pushups & Benchpress are the best excercises for this. Try to get the "pump" effect at every gym session.

lol are they itchy or puffy , or is it just fat ... if its just fat you can get rid of it with diet and cardio , but if its gyno you need to get your self some a-dex or nolva asap or your gonna need surgery eventually
