Interesting about the Bjj etc. I had a friend into Judo and he was training in japan. Now this was a naturaly big guy who gained weight easy. Anyway he lost so much weight, that his coach would take him to Maca's and buy him some big mac's and a shake to keep his weight up. When he returned to Aussie he worked as a conctreater and trained and his weight was not too bad. Then he got the office job and gave up training and his weight soared to over 200 kg( that's 440lb plus).

ok stop. ok ok stop. first metabolism is term used for weight loss. second watch fat intake and type of calorie intake. third you body loses more fat from calories that come from protien. ok stop. if you speed up your metabolism it will cause your body to get ride of stored fat. i have lossed 8lbs in one week and over 25lbs in a month from eating this special diet. the diet is .. eating every 2 hours.. here is a copy paste from my blog.

----

cutting up/losing fat

i had gained weight over fall and winter for a bulking phase that bodybuilders do to get bigger. but now its summer time! this means as a body builder i need to look good for the beach, boat, girls and etc. so what i have done is:

diet..
i had made 6 meals that i eat through out the day. consistst of about 1lb of food total and a total of about 200 calories each meal. i eat a meal every two hours. one meal will have 1 meat 1 carb 1 vegatable and fruit I also drink 1-2 gallons of water a day.

meal 1-2
1 can tuna, 1 english muffin, 1/2 cup of brocoli, 1 banana, 1 orange

meal 3-5
1/2 chicken, 1/2 sweet patatoe, 1/2 of mixed vegatables, banana, orange

meal 6
1 lean eye round steak, 1 sweet patatoe, 1 can of minostrone w/ bean soup

by eating more smaller meals a day i will increase metabolism. my body will not want to store any fat or keep any. i will also be doing my regular workout routine with an hour of cardio.
my current weight is 245lbs. ill repost when im around 200lbs.
-------
ok that post was in early march this year.. i weigh 210lbs today.. and do this diet on and off. the idea of this diet is to easly diet without starving yourself. and for calories.. if 200 a meal is too low add more.. duh

Thanks all.

its easy. go to walmart buy a decent amount of tubberware (preferably 2 days worth). i spend about 2 hours cooking for 2 days worht of meals. and have them all prepared. easily mircrovable. you can also speed metabolism by drinking plenty of water (1-2 gallons a day). quote from bodybuilding.com.. said something like "can lose up to 10% more fat from drinking water alone"
