Default Need vitamin advice

I bought a few vitamins today and i need some help on amounts and times of day to take them .

Im almost 40 years old . My only bad habit is smoking and im working toward giving it up. I can pick up any important supplements im missing in my list .I have a workout routine i can stick to every other day. So now i want a long term supplement and vitamin routine. From reading on here i've picked up the following list of supplements . I added the prices and store bought at in case anyone can benefit.

List of vitamins:
L-Arginine 1000 mg ............. $11.99 walgreens .......... 60 count
Centrum multi vitamin .......... $9.99 CVS ................... 100 count
Magnesium 250 mg .............. $8.99 Meijers ................100 count
Ginkgo Biloba 120mg .............$16.99 CVS ...................100 count
Green tea exract 315 mg .......$5.49 CVS .....................60 count
Whey protein mix .................$15.99 Meijers.................2 lb.

Heres my basic daily routines .

Monday
PE morning , work

Tuesday
Next day
Workout out weights , PE , work

Wednesday
PE morning , work

Thursday
Workout out weights , PE , work

Friday
PE morning , work

Saturday
Workout weights , PE

Sunday rest

Regarding your Vitamins and extracts intake(centrum, magneziun, ginko extract) I would prefer Animal Pak(Universal). You get more than a mineral and vitamin supliment. The only disadvantage may be the number of tablets(10/serving).

I'm taking 1 a day of each except for the L-Arginine , i take 3 of them.

The only other thing I would recommend is the "Super B-Complex". (Nature Made, C.V.S)

These i also added in once daily .Would the B6 be the same as what you suggest JP?

Fish Oil Omega -3 .1200mg

I would recommand you some Ginseng. It good to make the level of testosterone a lil higher and make you more horny.
For vitamin b I take a Super complex of vitamin B in which contain Vitamin B1 B2 niacinamide B6 B12. Give me news !
