 |  Apple cider vinegar benefits
I have heard great things about this vinegar and I have also heard conflicting reports that the benefits are not that great. Has anyone tried it or can swear by it? Here's a good link, there is a good part which talks about blood flow and increasing nitrous oxide possibly. All speculation I guess. I used it for digestive problems like nagging hearburn also lost weight while using it. It worked for me for the issues i was using it for.
